Role & Responsibilities:

Bilingual - Korean \ English
5 Years Freight Forwarding
Account Management

Job Functions:

Work with existing accounts and retain and grow the business for the company assigned accounts
Understand client’s problems and challenges, while looking for opportunities to design, offer, sell and implement competitive solutions.
Provide prompt and compelling service proposals to address client’s requirements, earn trust from client.
Define and help implement client specific SOP’s.
To ensure all the requested milestones are being met to client expectations. ​
Work closely with both origin and destination to identify and solve any issues that may be leading to service failures.
Organize, leads and reviews KPI/QBR and drive the operation excellence internally.
Monitor the account receivable to meet company’s target and ensure that the billing can be generated timely and accurately.

Qualifications:

1.     Colleague graduated

2.     Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding experience required. With experience in key account management team will be a plus.

3.     Fluent in English and Korean  (required)

4.     Proficient in programs used for email, word processing, data manipulation (excel spread sheets), power point presentation, and general internet skills.

5.     Assertive, showing interpersonal/managerial skills to coordinate DRI’s different stations in the best interest of the customer.
